IMDS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (“Us”, “We”, “Our” or “iGini” or “iGather”) is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.igini.in as well as the software and applications provided by IMDS i.e. www.igather.igini.in. The website www.igini.in and the application www.igather.igini.in is collectively referred to as the “Sites”.

GOVERNING LAW
